JORDAN SESSLER, Co-Founder and President
Jordan’s career began by co-founding a company that generated millions of dollars in leads and delivered high quality business results for clients, primarily in the health and education sectors. His fluency in the business of health and wellness taught him how to navigate and address today’s multi-faceted business and consumer needs. In 2011, Jordan co-founded an online direct response company. Motivated by his social responsibility, three years later, he re-launched and rebranded the company – Acquire Health – to focus on providing prescription discounts to people in need. He has specialized in finding consumers who can’t afford their prescriptions and then taking the necessary steps to make their prescriptions more accessible to them. He does this by expertly sourcing, negotiating and maintaining relationships with high quality lead providers. Through his ability to effectively communicate and problem solve, Jordan uses technology to maximize marketing campaigns and customize business growth solutions.
BRYAN GINBERG, Vice President Marketing
With 10+ years of marketing and business development experience driving the launch, growth and expansion of multiple startup companies, Bryan oversees the strategic direction of the organization with a data-driven approach to the integration and optimization of various marketing channels. Bryan develops user segmentation models and corresponding custom targets for each campaign with the goal of identifying marketing tactics that best “move the needle” on conversion rates, audience growth, brand perception and lifetime value of customers. Bryan also brings unique experience within the pharmacy discount industry to better identify KPIs that are predictive of success and optimize media strategy to maximize revenue while lowering customer acquisition costs.
CECI WEST, Compliance Officer
Ceci has 30+ years of experience guiding organizations on compliance issues and developing best business practices to help them manage risk, maintain a positive reputation, and keep legally pristine. She began her career with two of the largest global advertising companies, Lowe Worldwide and Ogilvy & Mather, working on top Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser brands. Ceci was then recruited by 1-800-Flowers.com where she helped significantly increase sales by unifying brick & mortar and 800# with emerging ecommerce. After this, McCann Erickson Advertising hired her as SVP to bring her integrated marketing model to accounts with sales ranging between $300 million and $14 billion. Before Acquire Health, she ran The World Society for the Protection of Animals/US, and Lifeline NY humanitarian organization, where she dramatically increased revenues by using her for-profit expertise. Ceci’s Bachelor of Arts degree was awarded by Vassar College.
JENNIFER GARRISON, Director of Operations
Jennifer is a transformational leader with a 20-year reputation for driving change, aligning processes and reenergizing profitability results through strategic planning that delivers bottom line improvements. Jennifer is responsible for contract management, strategic planning, financial modeling including budgeting and variance oversight. Jennifer ensures that the business services meet cost, quality and time expectations, and directs the development and implementation of standards for the team which supports the overall organization’s business initiatives.
NATALIE GAGLIANO, Creative Manager
With 15+ years of experience at high-profile companies like Victoria’s Secret, Perry Ellis and Boston Proper, Natalie provides creative direction for all online and print campaign materials, direct mail pieces, website design and coding. Natalie’s attention to detail and original ideas produce materials that make the highest visual impacts and are most likely to resonate with target customer segments.
MELISSA CABAN, Production Manager
With 15+ years of experience in direct marketing and production, Melissa manages and oversees direct mail campaigns, inventory management, and print production services. Melissa’s ability to manage multiple variables, deadlines and projects simultaneously, ensures all direct mail campaigns and vendors are on time and under budget.
